Our Members range from Archaeologists to Scuba Divers to History Enthusiasts.
We need Trained Divers, Licensed Boat Operators and/or Owners, Researchers, Underwater Archaeologists, Journalists, Videographers and Photographers.

Sharing information, stories, experience and wisdom among the members is the core of the Organization.
The OMHC holds regular meetings which feature noted speakers from across Canada. These are often held at unique locations, such as a naval base or floating historical ships.
The study of Maritime Archaeology places a strong duty upon its practitioners to ensure that the archaeological record is conserved. Accordingly, the OMHC adheres to a code of principles and ethics.
